This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on rainbowfoal.com for delivery within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1‑3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10‑20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier congestion, weather, customs‑related procedures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery destination, item weight and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete payment.

4. Fulfillment Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. We do not falsely represent non‑local inventory as local warehouse stock.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping‑confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier system.
